There are reports that Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has been removed from the club's Whatsapp group. Sancho's season began with limited playing time, totaling 76 minutes in United's first three Premier League matches, but he has not been part of the squad since then.

He was notably absent from the lineup against Arsenal before the September international break, and head coach Erik ten Hag stated that it was due to concerns about the player's training commitment. Sancho promptly refuted these claims, stating that he felt like a "scapegoat" in the situation, leading to a standstill in the matter.

While Ten Hag was reportedly open to the idea of Sancho returning with an apology, the player has refused to comply with this request. Ten Hag has consistently maintained his stance on the matter, reiterating that there has been no change, and it is known that Sancho is not training with the senior squad.

Currently, it is expected that the 23-year-old will leave Old Trafford during the January transfer window, possibly on a loan deal. Given the circumstances, it seems highly unlikely that Sancho will return to the first-team before the end of the year.

In a recent development reported by The Sun, Ten Hag has reinforced his position by removing Sancho from the club's Whatsapp group. This means that Sancho is no longer part of the group where squad discussions and updates are shared, further indicating his exclusion from the team.

Although there is interest from clubs abroad, there have been reports that Sancho prefers to stay in the Premier League. Tottenham Hotspur is the latest club said to be monitoring the situation, possibly considering a move for the former Manchester City youngster.
