Coinciding with Chelsea's match against Real Madrid in the Champions League, United will also be facing La Liga opposition. The Red Devils will host the first leg of the tie, followed by a reverse fixture at Sevilla's home ground. Sevilla had previously defeated PSV Eindhoven and Fenerbahce to reach this point.
The winner of the United vs Sevilla tie will face the winner of Juventus vs Sporting Lisbon in the semi-finals. Feyenoord and Roma will also be competing against each other in a repeat of last season's Europa Conference League final, with the latter having won the trophy in the previous season.
In the remaining quarter-final match, Bayer Leverkusen will play against Union SG, a Belgian team that has reached this stage of a European competition for the first time after defeating Union Berlin.
The first legs of the quarter-finals are scheduled for April 13, with the reverse fixtures to be played a week later on April 20.
