Bayern Munich's talented playmaker, Jamal Musiala has reportedly declined a new contract offer from the German champions. It appears that the 21-year-old is eyeing a move to the Premier League, with both Manchester City and Liverpool expressing interest in him.

Having made a significant impact at Bayern, Musiala has played 153 times for the club, contributing 40 goals and 27 assists. His achievements include winning four Bundesliga titles, a Champions League, and a Club World Cup. However, Bayern's long-standing dominance in German football is under threat from Bayer Leverkusen.

Amid a challenging season for Bayern, with struggles in the Bundesliga and the Champions League, Musiala has decided not to extend his contract with the club. Despite Bayern's efforts to secure his services, the playmaker seems determined to explore opportunities in the Premier League.

Manchester City, who reportedly believe they are leading the race for Musiala, and Liverpool have sent scouts to watch him in action. Chelsea, where Musiala spent eight years as a youth player, also remains interested in bringing him back to West London.

While Chelsea's lower league standing might affect their chances, winning the FA Cup and securing a spot in the Europa League could slightly improve their prospects. If Bayern fails to retain Musiala, they are expected to demand at least £80 million for the playmaker, with his potential weekly wage estimated at around £200,000.
