Brighton signs Ansu Fati on loan from Barcelona

Premier League side, Brighton & Hove Albion have completed the signing of Barcelona and Spanish international, Ansu Fati on a season long loan deal. According to Fabrizio Romano, the deal was already in place between Brighton and Barça as revealed earlier, and all verbal agreeements have been concluded now.

The details of the loan deal are;

◉ NO buy option clause.
◉ Loan deal until June 2024.
◉ Main part of salary covered.

Brighton's head coach Roberto De Zerbi is a long term admirer of Fati, and he would be delighted to have him as part of his team for the 2023/2024 season. Fati's travel was booked on Thursday, and Brighton want it signed ASAP.

With Fati's addition, Brighton will surely ruffle more than just a few feathers this season, i'm putting my money on them to make the top 4!
