Manchester United's forward, Anthony Martial, is reportedly attracting interest from two Saudi Arabian clubs as the January transfer window approaches. The 27-year-old, who has struggled to find form with just one goal in 15 appearances for the Red Devils this season, faces an uncertain future at Old Trafford as his contract expires next summer.

Although Manchester United has the option to extend Martial's contract for another 12 months until June 2025, there are indications that they might exercise this option to facilitate a potential sale next year. Erik ten Hag's team is reportedly looking to bolster their attacking options in January to alleviate the pressure on Rasmus Hojlund, who has excelled in the Champions League but is yet to score in the Premier League.

Martial has been playing second fiddle to Hojlund this season, failing to find the net in 10 Premier League appearances and three Champions League outings. His only goal of the campaign came in the EFL Cup against Crystal Palace in late September. According to journalist Ekrem Konur, two Saudi Pro League clubs are preparing offers for Martial in the upcoming transfer window.

While the specific clubs remain unnamed, it is suggested that the bids could range from €10m (£8.8m) to €15m (£13.1m), presenting Manchester United with a significant decision regarding his future.

Once considered one of the brightest young talents globally, Martial joined Manchester United from Monaco in 2015. He made a memorable debut against Liverpool, scoring 17 goals in his first season. His most prolific season was in 2019-20, where he notched 23 goals in all competitions. However, Martial has faced challenges in recent years, managing only 18 goals in the last four campaigns.

In his 313 appearances for Manchester United across all competitions, Martial has scored 89 goals and provided 54 assists. Hindered by injuries in Ten Hag's first season and limited to substitute appearances this term, Martial's last Premier League start was against Arsenal in early September.

While West Ham United has also shown interest, it remains uncertain whether Manchester United would be willing to allow Martial to move to a domestic rival.
