According to reports, Real Madrid has been given an opportunity to secure the loan signing of Manchester United's forward Anthony Martial.

Martial, who joined Manchester United in 2015, has faced challenges due to injuries, affecting his progress at the club. Despite netting nine goals in 29 competitive appearances last season, he started only 17 times due to a mix of injuries and selection choices.

While Martial recently started in a victory against Nottingham Forest, rumors suggest a potential departure before the transfer deadline, with Manchester United willing to part ways to make room for new signings.

As per Defensa Central via Fichajes, Real Madrid has been offered the chance to bring in Martial on loan, with an option for a permanent transfer at the season's end, although the purchase wouldn't be mandatory.

Although Real Madrid secured Joselu on loan this summer, the departure of Karim Benzema to Al Ittihad has weakened their forward options. Despite ongoing links to Kylian Mbappe, it appears he will remain with Paris Saint-Germain for another season.

Despite earlier claims by Ancelotti that Real Madrid wouldn't make further additions, the situation might change following Vinicius Junior's recent thigh injury. The Brazilian is expected to be sidelined for approximately six weeks, leaving Ancelotti with Joselu and Rodrygo as the primary striker options.
