The story of Brazilian superstar, Adriano Leite, a former Inter Milan and Parma star is heartbreak! Fondly called the "Emperor" during his heydays, Adriano was simply unplayable. He had everything needed to become an all time football legend, but the death of his father ruined his career💔😭

For those who don't know how good Adriano was, or those who have forgotten about him, here's a rollcall of what he achieved before his career nosedived 👇

▶ In 2004 he scored 43 goals in 54 matches.
▶ In 2005, he scored 33 goals in 56 games.
▶ No player scored more goals than him in two years.
▶ 6th place in Ballon d'Or nomination.
▶ 5th place at FIFA World Player of the Year 2005.
▶ Copa América Golden Ball and Golden Shoe in 2004.
▶ FIFA Confederations Cup Golden Ball and Golden Shoe 2005.
▶ IFFHS World's Top Goal Scorer 2005.
▶ He was only 22 years old then.

But for depression, he would have been one of the best players of all-time😭.

Now he's mentally unstable, drinking all day from morning till night.

Although not his fault, but in any situation you find yourself, never resort to drinking. It's never a solution rather it destroys one's life completely.

Seek professional help from a counsellor, there's always light at the end of the tunnel🙏
