Manchester City, the reigning Premier League champions, are facing an unsettling injury situation with Kyle Walker ahead of their crucial match against Arsenal on March 31st.

Walker, who served as the captain for England in their friendly against Brazil at Wembley on Saturday evening, encountered a setback during the game. Despite his efforts, including a pivotal interception against Vinicius Junior's attack in the 12th minute, Walker had to leave the field due to an apparent hamstring injury sustained within the first 20 minutes of the match.

Endrick's late strike secured a 1-0 victory for Brazil, but Walker had already been sidelined for over an hour by then. Despite attempting to play through the discomfort initially, he eventually had to be substituted for Aston Villa's Ezri Konsa, who made his senior debut for England.

Following the match, England's head coach Gareth Southgate addressed concerns about Walker's injury. While the exact nature of the injury remained unclear, Southgate acknowledged that Walker wouldn't typically leave the field unless there was a genuine issue.

"We don't know yet. He is feeling something but he is not a player who is injured very often so he's not quite certain what it is. So it is something we have to assess in the coming days," Southgate told the media.

As England anticipates news on whether Walker will be fit for Tuesday's match against Belgium at Wembley, his premature exit from the game is likely to raise worries among Manchester City fans as they await the resumption of domestic football next weekend.
