The talented Frenchman is set to join EA7 Emporio Armani on a two-year contract. To facilitate the move, Kamagate will utilize a buyout clause to part ways with Paris Basketball, his current club. During the 2022-23 EuroCup season, he showcased his skills with an average of 9.2 points (76.3% 2FG, 80.4% FT), 8.4 rebounds (2.8 offensive rebounds), 1.5 blocks, and an impressive 17.2 player index rating (PIR) in 23 minutes per game.
Kamagate's performance ranked him 4th in total rebounds, 3rd in offensive rebounds, 1st in blocks, and 11th in efficiency across the league. In the French championship, he maintained an average of 9.9 points (74.3% 2FG), 7.5 rebounds (2.7 offensive rebounds), and 1.4 blocks in 23 minutes of play.
