kalidou koulibaly to juventus
Reports suggest that Juventus is considering Chelsea defender Kalidou Koulibaly as a possible transfer target. Koulibaly, who signed for Chelsea for £33m last summer from Napoli, has not lived up to expectations, with a few rash decisions leading to him being out of the first-choice lineup.

Chelsea has several other options in the central defense position, including Thiago Silva, Wesley Fofana, Benoit Badiashile, and Trevoh Chalobah, and it is unclear whether Koulibaly will be seen as a valuable player by the next head coach. Mauricio Pochettino, who is expected to take over in the summer, has apparently told club officials that academy graduate Levi Colwill must be regarded as a key player from next season onwards.

As Chelsea cannot have six central defenders, at least one departure is expected, and Koulibaly may be the frontrunner. Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has reportedly expressed interest in signing Koulibaly, who is a proven player in Serie A. The club has recently been granted a reprieve from their 15-point penalty, which has propelled them back into the Champions League qualification places in Italy's top flight, giving them more funds to use in the summer transfer window.

Despite Koulibaly's loyalty to Napoli, reports suggest that the player is unhappy at Chelsea and may be open to leaving the club. While it may be challenging for Chelsea to recoup the £33m they spent on him last year due to his age, the club may be willing to negotiate a compromise to meet Financial Fair Play (FFP) criteria, partly as a result of missing out on next season's Champions League.
