According to reports from Fabrizio Romano, personal terms have been agreed, and the deal will push through for around £40m fee after talks advanced to final stages yesterday night.

Next steps: medical tests, documents being prepared and then signed before Maddison will be unveiled as a Tottenham Hotspur player.
