Scott Parker has been sacked by Club Brugge, after being defeated by Benfica 7-1 in the Champions League Round of 16.

Benfica won the first leg in Belgium 2-0, and thumped the Belgian side 5-1 in Lisbon in the reverse fixture.The former Fulham & AFC Bournemouth coach was appointed manager of the Belgian side in December 2022 and lasted just four months in charge.
