NBA Awards 2023
The NBA has revealed the finalists for the 2022-23 season's Kia Performance Awards, which recognize outstanding performers during the regular season. The six marquee awards include the Kia NBA Defensive Player of the Year, Kia NBA Most Improved Player, Kia NBA Most Valuable Player, Kia NBA Rookie of the Year, Kia NBA Sixth Man of the Year, and Kia NBA Clutch Player of the Year. Additionally, the finalists for NBA Coach of the Year for 2022-23 were also announced.

The finalists for the MVP trophy are Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Jokic, and Joel Embiid, with Embiid being the only one of the three who has not yet won the award. Lauri Markkanen of the Utah Jazz is among the candidates for the Most Improved Player award, while Paolo Banchero of the Orlando Magic is a candidate for the Rookie of the Year award.

The three finalists for each award are listed in alphabetical order and were selected based on voting results from a global panel of sportswriters and broadcasters.
