The draw for the round of 16 in the UEFA Europa Conference League for the 2023/24 season took place on Friday, February 23rd, at 1:00 PM Central European Time. The event was held at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.

The matches will be played in two legs, with the teams that finished on top of their respective groups playing the second leg at home. The first legs are set for March 7th, followed by the second legs a week later on March 14th.

The winners from these eight matches will advance to the quarterfinals. The draw for the quarterfinal matchups will take place on March 15th. The final for the 2023/24 season will be held on May 29th at the AEK Arena in Athens, which has a capacity of over 30,000 spectators.
