Carabao Cup holders Liverpool are set to kick off their title defense at home against West Ham in the third round of the competition. This matchup at Anfield is one of three all-Premier League clashes, with Everton hosting Southampton at Goodison Park and Brighton taking on Wolves at the Amex Stadium.
In other notable ties, League Two side Barrow, making their first third-round appearance since the 1967-68 season, will travel to face 2024 finalists Chelsea. AFC Wimbledon, who knocked out Premier League side Ipswich on penalties in the second round, will host Newcastle.
