It seems that Eintracht Frankfurt's forward, Randal Kolo Muani, might be on his way to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) as he has reportedly reached an agreement with the French club over personal terms.

During this summer, there has been a lot of speculation about Kolo Muani's future, with several top clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United, and Real Madrid said to be interested. However, Chelsea and Real Madrid are not actively pursuing a deal right now, and Manchester United has already signed Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta BC.

Although there's a possibility that Manchester United might still make a move for another forward, the funds required for Kolo Muani's potential transfer could be a challenge.

According to German journalist Florian Plettenberg, Kolo Muani has expressed his desire to join PSG, and they seem to have agreed on personal terms. However, Frankfurt is asking for €100m (£86.5m) for the 24-year-old, a price PSG is not willing to meet. So, despite the progress in negotiations, the deal is not yet close to being finalized.

Kolo Muani began his professional career with Nantes in 2018, where he scored 23 goals in 87 appearances before moving to Frankfurt.

During the 2022-23 season, he had an impressive performance for Frankfurt, scoring 23 goals and providing 17 assists in 46 appearances across all competitions. In the Bundesliga alone, he netted 15 goals and gave 14 assists in 32 matches, and he also scored twice in the Champions League, helping Frankfurt reach the round of 16.

With PSG on the lookout for a new center-forward this summer and uncertainty surrounding Kylian Mbappe's future, they are actively exploring their options. Mbappe's possible move to Real Madrid has been the subject of ongoing talks, but PSG might prefer to sell him during this transfer window in a big-money deal.

Apart from Kolo Muani, Benfica's Goncalo Ramos is also strongly linked with a move to PSG and could be joining the French champions soon, as reported by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
