According to reports, Chelsea are considering a summer move for Leicester City defender Wesley Fofana. This comes at a time when Thomas Tuchel is desperate for central defenders as he looks to strengthen his squad ahead of the Premier League season.

During the summer, both Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen left Stamford Bridge on free transfers, leaving the Blues light at the back. Kalidou Koulibaly has already arrived from NAPOLI, and Chelsea has been linked with a number of other central defenders notably Jules Kounde and Milan Skriniar.
