According to reports, Bayern Munich are interested in signing Atalanta BC's Rasmus Hojlund, but Manchester United are also keeping an eye on the Danish player. Hojlund has impressed in Italian football this season, particularly since the new year, scoring seven goals for Atalanta in 2023.

He is also the top scorer in Euro 2024 qualifying, with five goals in just two games. It is said that Bayern Munich are preparing a bid of €50m (£44m) for the 20-year-old, but Atalanta are hopeful that the potential of Champions League football next season could persuade Hojlund to stay.

Bayern may be looking for additional attacking options for next season, with Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting, their current first-choice striker, entering his mid-30s.
