Gervonta 'Tank' Davis did as he predicted by getting rid of Ryan Garcia at round 7.

Round 1 began with Tank merely assessing Ryan Garcia and avoiding Garcia's jabs. In the next round, Ryan Garcia came in with a horde of combinations, forcing Tank to clinch to him a couple of times.

This display of bravado by Garcia excited the audience as they screamed and called for blood.

Growing confident by the second, Ryan Garcia kept pounding the smaller Gervonta until he threw a powerful left and left his face open in a split second. Tank quickly counterpunched with his signature left hook, sending Garcia to the floor.

This knockdown seemed to have humbled the excited Ryan Garcia as he became more cautious moving forward.

Round 3 to round 5 came quickly with each other trying to get ahead on points. The scorecard revealed that Tank landed more headshots, won more rounds, and was ahead on points.

With increasing desperation, Ryan Garcia started round 6 by throwing a flurry of cold-hearted punches to Tank that kept him on the canvas. He quickly pounded away at Tank until the referee separated the duo.

Not to be outdone by Garcia, Gervonta 'Tank' Davis retaliated by trying to set up combinations too, howbeit unsuccessfully.

In round 7, Ryan Garcia gave a good account of himself by landing some good headshots at Tank and keeping him away with the jab.

Everything was going according to plan for Garcia as he kept landing little power combos here and there until Tank's dreaded left hand gave him a clean hit to the liver.

For a second, Ryan Garcia backed up and it seemed as if he would continue fighting, until he knelt down, unable to bear the pain from the liver shot.

And the referee called off the match.

It was a TKO win for Gervonta 'Tank' Davis.

Among those in attendance, were 'Iron' Mike Tyson, Manny Pacquiao, the Charlo Twins, Floyd Mayweather, and other celebrities.

Gervonta Davis now claims that he is the face of boxing with this win. What do you think, guys?
