Although Inter signed Onana on a five-year contract until 2027, their financial problems mean they would not refuse an offer of €40m for the former Ajax shot-stopper. Chelsea's chief scout was recently in attendance to watch Onana during Inter's Champions League quarter-final second leg with Porto, but Manchester United is also reportedly interested in the goalkeeper.
Meanwhile, Chelsea could sell their current backup goalkeeper, Edouard Mendy, after he reportedly rejected a new contract offer.
